I’ve been coming to Firestone for over 10 years, and I’ve always walked away a happy customer. The service has consistently been great. On my most recent visit, Jennifer was especially attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will continue coming back!

I gave this facility multiple chances and I will not be returning. After having tires installed here, my vehicle developed a shaking issue at high speeds. The tires were rebalanced multiple times and I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong with the tires. After wasting time and money going back and forth, I took it to the dealership, who recommended replacing with different tires under their warranty. That fixed the issue immediately. Why wasn’t that option suggested in the first place? I decided to give them another chance when my check engine light came on. The EGR valve was replaced, but the light was still on when I picked up my vehicle. I was told it should go away after a couple days and to bring it back if it did not. It has been going off and on for weeks now so I made another appointment with Firestone and they turned me away before even looking at it again. Now I am having to return to the dealership to properly diagnose and fix issues that should have been resolved here. Between the added expenses, wasted time, and repeated trips, I regret not going to the dealership from the beginning!

Jare and Tim provided amazing customer service and were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. I really appreciate their honesty and great attitude. Highly recommend this location and especially Jare and Tim for their excellent service!

I have to edit my review, which I wrote before driving my car out of Firestone. Upon leaving Firestone, 4 warning lights came on in the car. We immediately turned around and were informed that this is what happens with Low Engine Performance, which they did mention at our initial pickup, but not with any details. We were told the car needs to be taken to a dealership to have the engine looked at. That's all fine and dandy, but why did I pay $600 for additional repairs to the vehicle when the issue I originally came in with months ago (engine misfiring, which they had been continuing to repair at no additional cost) had escalated to Low Engine Performance, making the car unsafe to drive. Yes, they did call and get our approval for the additional repairs, but they did not explain at the time about the Low Engine Performance. When they discovered the engine issue, they should have called us again about the other work. I don't need brighter headlights when my car is unsafe to drive due to the engine!!! To be clear, I am not upset at Firestone for the car having Low Engine Performance, I am upset that I paid an additional $600 for services that were ultimately unnecessary given the car
